Terms of Service
Legal Solutions 24/7 provides paralegal support and Pennsylvania notary services. These terms explain what we do, what we need from you, and where the line is between document support and legal representation.
Last updated September 2, 2026.
Important limits
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. I do not give legal advice, choose legal strategies, represent clients in court, or create an attorney–client relationship. A Pennsylvania notary commission also does not authorize drafting legal records, legal advice, or the practice of law. See 57 Pa.C.S. § 325.
Paralegal work is administrative and document support. If your matter calls for legal advice, I cannot give legal advice or provide legal judgment, negotiation, court representation, or a document prepared under attorney supervision, I will tell you to consult a licensed attorney. No website page, message, appointment, or payment creates an attorney–client relationship.
1. Services
Services may include mobile and remote notarization, acknowledgments, oaths and affirmations, apostille coordination, loan-signing support, and paralegal document or process support. The exact service, deliverables, location, timing, and price will be confirmed before work begins. A request is not accepted until Legal Solutions 24/7 confirms it.
2. Notary services
A notary verifies identity, willingness, and the notarial act requested under the Pennsylvania notarial-acts framework. See 57 Pa.C.S. §§ 304–305. A notary does not decide whether a document is appropriate for your situation or whether its contents protect your interests. Pennsylvania law requires personal appearance for a notarial act, subject to the separate remote-notarization rules in 57 Pa.C.S. § 306.1.
Bring the complete document with every required page. Do not sign until instructed. The notary may refuse an act when identity, capacity, willingness, or signature requirements are not satisfied. See 57 Pa.C.S. §§ 307–308.
Pennsylvania identity evidence generally means personal knowledge, a current and unexpired passport, driver's license, or government-issued nondriver ID, another satisfactory government ID, or a qualifying credible witness. Additional identification may be requested. See 57 Pa.C.S. § 307.
3. Remote online notarization
Remote online notarization may be available when the Pennsylvania notary, the signer, the document, identity proofing, communication technology, and receiving organization meet applicable requirements. Pennsylvania law requires audio-video recording, identity verification, notice to the Department of State, and retention of the recording for at least 10 years. The technology must support simultaneous sight and sound, two identity- proofing processes or services, and an approved provider. See 57 Pa.C.S. § 306.1 and 4 Pa. Code § 167.86.
4. Fees and payment
The total price, including any travel, technology, rush, apostille, or other charge, will be provided before payment is requested. Pennsylvania notarial fees must stay within the Department of State's fee schedule; electronic or remote notarial acts may include the additional amount permitted by regulation, and notarial fees must be separately stated with an itemized receipt. See 4 Pa. Code § 167.3 and 57 Pa.C.S. § 329.1.
[BUSINESS FEE SCHEDULE TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE PUBLICATION.]
5. Appointments, cancellations, and no-shows
You must provide accurate scheduling information, be ready at the confirmed location or online session, and give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A notary may be unable to proceed when a signer is absent, lacks acceptable identification, or is not able or willing to sign. The cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, and refund rules are: [CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY AND REFUND WINDOW TO BE CONFIRMED.]
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, checking that the document is complete, confirming what the receiving person or organization requires, supplying valid ID, and obtaining legal advice when you need it. You remain responsible for filing, recording, mailing, deadlines, and decisions about your matter unless a written service confirmation says otherwise.
7. Confidentiality and required disclosures
I will use reasonable care with information and documents you provide and will share them only with people you authorize, service providers needed to perform the work, or as required by law. Confidentiality does not make this an attorney–client relationship. A notary must keep a journal of notarial acts, including identity and fee information, and remote notarization requires retention of the audio-video recording. See 57 Pa.C.S. § 319 and § 306.1.
8. Results and liability
Document support and notarization do not guarantee acceptance, approval, recording, immigration results, loan closing, court results, or any other outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Legal Solutions 24/7 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from a service or a client's reliance on a document. This limitation does not waive responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived. The parties should have an attorney review this clause before publication.
9. Client indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and reimburse Legal Solutions 24/7 for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from inaccurate information, unlawful instructions, or your misuse of a completed document. This clause does not cover losses caused by our own conduct to the extent the law prevents that allocation.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county where the business maintains its registered office, subject to any mandatory law that says otherwise. [ARBITRATION PROVIDER AND ANY ARBITRATION TERMS TO BE CONFIRMED OR REMOVED BY COUNSEL.]
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in effect when we confirm your service controls that service unless you and Legal Solutions 24/7 agree otherwise in writing. Material changes should be presented to the client before a new booking or payment.
